Content on the Site, including trip planning, gear recommendations, safety information, wildlife notes, and park conditions, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional guidance. Conditions in national parks change frequently. Always check the official National Park Service site and local rangers before any trip.

Assumption of risk

Outdoor recreation carries inherent risks including injury, illness, and death. You are solely responsible for your choices, fitness, preparation, and behavior in the outdoors. National Park Survival is not liable for any decision made based on content found on this Site.

Affiliate and advertising disclosure

User submissions

Reviews, comments, and contact form submissions must be lawful, non-defamatory, and your own. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute user submissions on the Site. We may remove any submission at our sole discretion.

Original text, design, and graphics on the Site are © National Park Survival. Park names, National Park Service content, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Park photographs are either public domain (NPS) or licensed to us.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $50 USD.
